So in this example, we’ll eliminate all colors except RED.
HERE’S HOW:
1. Open the picture you want to edit.
2. Click LAYER>DUPLICATE LAYER>OK
3. On the LAYERS tab, select BACKGROUND COPY.
4. Click “Create New Fill or Adjustment Layer” as shown…
